Janis Joplin Cropped Hoodie
  • Janis Joplin Cropped Hoodie

In 1967 Janis Joplin performed at The Mantra-Rock Dance counterculture music event held, at the Avalon Ballroom in San Francisco. It was organized by ISKCON as an opportunity for Prabhupada to address the public and featured some of the most prominent Californian rock groups of the time such as the Grateful Dead.

Commemorate one of the best female musicians of her era in this cropped sweatshirt with trendy raw hem and matching drawstrings. Try listening to her music with ‘bhakti ears’ – interpreting the lyrics and sound through the principles of love, devotion and service. (Fun fact, Janis was just as in love with The Beatles as the rest of her generation. Her favorite Beatle? George Harrison.)
